Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview

By using our plant services, you agree to these Terms of Service. This includes plant care, maintenance, delivery, and any other services we offer.




2. Service Booking

All services must be booked in advance through our website or customer service. Payments are due at the time of booking.




3. Service Availability

Plant services are subject to availability. We will confirm your booking once the service is scheduled. If we are unable to provide the booked service, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at the customer's preference.




4. Service Delivery and Timing

We strive to provide timely services. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.




5. Non-Returnable Plants

All plants serviced are non-returnable once delivered or serviced. If there is an issue with a plant’s condition upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours. Issues reported after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or compensation. Wilting or damage caused by improper care will not qualify for a refund or replacement.




6. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide access to the plants for scheduled service appointments. If access is not granted or if conditions for plant care are unsuitable, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the service. A rebooking fee may apply for missed appointments due to customer unavailability.




7. Care Instructions

We will provide care instructions for the plants. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow these instructions to ensure the health of the plants.




8. Damaged or Incorrect Plants

If any plants are damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us immediately for assistance. Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery. If a replacement is required due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the incorrect order was placed by the customer, return shipping costs will be their responsibility.




9. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data collected will be used solely for providing the requested services and will not be shared with third parties without consent. Some data may be shared with third-party service providers strictly for service fulfillment (e.g., payment processing), as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect customer data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.




10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and customers will be notified via email where applicable. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.




11. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the plant services. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, business interruptions, or plant losses due to customer negligence. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.




12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Kuwait.
