Clerodendrum splendens, commonly known as flaming glorybower, is a plant native to tropical parts of West Africa. It is a vine or shrub that can reach a height of around 12 feet. Flaming glorybower is a popular ornamental in humid climates, and its flowers are very attractive, often drawing butterflies. Its peak flowering season is from December to January.
1. Non-Returnable Items
Due to their perishable nature, plants are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased.
2. Damaged Plants Upon Delivery
If your plant arrives damaged, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, please provide clear photos of the damaged plant and packaging.
3. Order Cancellation & Modifications
Orders can be modified or canceled only before they are prepared for delivery. Once the order has been prepared, it cannot be canceled or changed.
To request a cancellation or modification, please contact our customer service via phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible.
4. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong plant or your order is incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours with supporting photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or is not delivered, please contact us for assistance.
If the delay results in the plant arriving in poor condition, we will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution.
